The project involves designing the corporate headquarters for the Chiripal Group, located in Makarba, Ahmedabad. Established in 1972 as a small textile operation, the group has grown into a diversified global conglomerate with interests in textiles, petrochemicals, packaging, infrastructure, and education, exporting to markets worldwide.
The proposed Chiripal Corporate House is a ten-storey office building that brings together various divisions under one roof. For my graduation project, I am focusing on the design of the fourth floor, dedicated to Nandan Terry Limited—a vertically integrated manufacturer of cotton terry towels and bath linen serving both domestic and international markets. With a workforce of over 20,000 employees and operations in more than 50 countries, the group reflects strong industrial growth while maintaining a commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and community development.
